Cleaning Manager - Bio-Pharmaceutical Site

Responsibilities include, but are not Confidential to, the following:


Manage Site Operations


Ensure the required work, standards and financial targets are achieved in areas of responsibilityromote new/additional services onsiteromote quality client communications/partnershipromptly deal with any client issues or complaintsheck that all quality related discrepancies are rectifiedttend client meetings, become actively involved in site procedures, suggest improvements and provide feedback to clientsreate a happy team through strong interpersonal, communication and management skillsanage multiple priorities with a flexible hand on attitudeaintain operational and personnel policies and proceduresemonstrate ability in decision makingr>


Administration and Budgets


Co-ordinate budget activities for maximum operational efficiencyheck timesheets and liaise with payrollacilitate the preparation and analysis of reports for KPI-sr>


Health and Safety


Ensure all current Health and Safety legislation is being adhered to by contract and other managementonduct risk assessments alongside H&S officernvestigate accidents or incidents to ensure the safety management system is effective and liaise with safety officeruthority includes, but is not Confidential to, the following:


Staff Management
Monitor cleanroom activities to obtain data that provides insight into the role and responsibilities of cleaning technicians, leads and supervisorsnhance performance

by coaching, counselling, disciplining, planning, monitoring and upskill employee-s knowledge of cGMP/GDP standardsnsure Employment legislation is adhered to with support from HRiaise with HR on employee queries or issuesanage and co-ordinate high performing teams to achieve desired outcomes in line with scheduled cleansaintain staff morale and promote team buildingse performance management systems, conduct appraisals and reviewsssist with training of new employeesnsure scheduled training tasks SOPs, CBTs, ILCs are completed on time and in datedentify and action training requirements of supervisors and staffocument all trainingecruitment and selection of new employeesr>


Job Specific Characteristics
Experience in training within medical device and pharmaceutical, manufacturing and cleanroom environmentsust demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skillstrong people and resource management skillsbility to manage multiple prioritiesands on, practical approachttention to detail is cruciallexibility is compulsorybility to work on own initiative as well as part of a teamomputer literacy required
