About the Position

Our client, a nationwide long-established retailer is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager on a full time, and hybrid working basis. It is an exciting opportunity that will suit a passionate, energetic and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Manager. The role will support the growing portfolio currently a significant online platform, multiple social accounts and several stores along with the website.

The role will also focus on both customer acquisition and retention and building Brand Loyalty.

The successful candidate will have an omnichannel approach to executing campaigns. We are looking for an exceptional individual with an impressive track record in sales growth via PPC/advertising online/SEO optimisation with a very analytical mindset. They will build expansive global user acquisition strategies and will relentlessly aim to amplify and automate the paid search marketing programs further. The role was originally based in but now offers fully remote and hybrid working going forward. The candidate will work closely with the commercial team collaboratively across projects and activities.

Experience expanding into the US market is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
Help develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans against a defined budget to maximize revenues for the group
Own Paid Search & PPC strategy and tactics, analyzing markets and data to drive efficient quarterly and YoY growth across marketing programs for paid search.
Target and geo-specialize efforts in multiple markets and regions, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Own all aspects of campaign set up and execution, troubleshooting, and reporting, with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
Manage day-to-day campaign metrics and actively monitor campaign KPIs to optimize and amplify across Paid
Search/PPC and other channels
Manage external agencies/partners and influence internal stakeholders in order to drive operational excellence and program innovation and automation.
Own tracking mechanisms and complex marketing tech stack, working closely with developers and Data & Analytics team
Analyse and report weekly digital performance metrics across all channels to Management and utilise metric results in formulating design content/digital activities
Formulate, direct, and coordinate digital marketing activities to support omnichannel sales
Experience/Requirements
4- years- experience in a senior mobile advertising, specializing in PPC/SEO/Banner & display advertising.
Agency management experience
Previously created, planned, and implemented Digital Strategy with proven track record to achieve user base growth, engagement and sales.
Extensive understanding of tracking and targeting capabilities and as well as limitations.
Worked on the client or agency side, but you are ready to roll your sleeves up, get into the account and do both the strategic and hands on work.
Strong stakeholder management skills
A wiz in SEO - keywords/backlinks/affiliate and more.
Experience in Google Analytics
HTML and CSS desired but not essential
Strong analytical skills, communication and data driven thinking
Remuneration Package
-40,000 to -50,000 per annum dependent on experience
