International Purchase Officer | Fluent English/ Portuguese - Dublin

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in International Business or similar related degree
Fluent in English and Portuguese (Preference for Brazilian Portuguese)
Responsibilities:
Fluent English/Brazilian Portuguese speaking International Purchase Officer. Level 8 or Bachelor's degree in
Business Studies
1. Fluency in Both English and Portuguese (preference for Brazilian Portuguese)
Purchase of Brazilian food and material Supplies. Knowledge of International business trade
2. Formulating different purchasing strategies and programs with international Brazilian Contenders and
Ellers
3. Estimating and gauging the quality and durability of the commodities, tools and goods and economic and
Fiscal rate to uphold their superiority.
4. Assist in all communication and documents required by broker in releasing the shipments
5. Upholding the documented procurement books, files, and reports for the providers and preserving the
Documented records of all the vital and key dates
6. Follow- Up of undelivered items/ materials from international suppliers
7. Attending the summoning and purchasing methodical activities and assessing them
8. Interacting with the providers, and negotiating for global procurement.
9. Managing Compliance and regulations for procurement of international goods
