Due to the high volume of secure guaranteed projects recently received we are in the need to expand our office team extensively. We are looking for honest, hard working individuals who are willing to learn and work in a fast paced environment.
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Attention to Detail
Confident in computer skills especially Microsoft Excel is vitally
Responsibilities:
Handling email and phone inquiries.
Taking messages and redirecting calls as required.
Creating and updating databases for various forms of data, including personnel and financial information.
Processing invoices on our accounts software Auto Entry
Reconciling Supplier and Client accounts
Creating Purchase Order numbers for materials
Contacting suppliers and obtaining quotes for materials
Chasing overdue invoices from Clients
Logging light faults from members of the public
Benefits:
