Job Overview

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting a Pricing and Rebate Specialist for an initial 6 months contract role based in Dublin 18.

Duties:

Maintaining the contact information and banking details of direct and indirect customers.
Responding to audit requests with speed, accuracy and appropriate documentation.
Action buying group/corporate customer changes on a timely basis.
Analysing & fixing complex data issues relating to both customer & product data.
Wholesaler data management and working closely with Line Manager.
Maintaining the correct system prices and associated information to enable accurate processing of deals, promotions and rebates.
Managing & maintaining diagnostic customer & product deal management.
Working alongside business unit on Annual Price Change.
Analysing & fixing complex data issues relating to both customer & product data.
Managing monthly rebate payment process from start to finish.

About you:

Technical experience with database systems & SAP experience - essential;
Experience managing customer or pricing data essential;
Analytically minded with strong attention to detail and problem solving skills;
Experienced user of Microsoft systems, particularly Query and Excel to analyse and present data;
Experience of providing a support service to internal & external customers required;
Works effectively under time pressures, demonstrating strong time management, prioritisation and organisational abilities;
Experience
with working within a Project Team & environment (plans, updates and delivery).
