Requirements:
Min 1 year Retail Security Experience in Ireland or UK
Professional Appearance and a pride in how they present themselves
Strong report writing skills
An ability to work as part of the store team in all aspects of loss prevention
A friendly and pleasant manner
Responsibilities:
Help our stores feel like safe and secure places to work and shop.
Work closely with Store Teams and build strong relationships with local Garda.
Identify any high- Risk areas and act as a strong deterrent on the shop floor.
Engage with store management to ensure Loss Prevention standards within stores are adhered to at all times.
To identify weaknesses in theft prevention processes and bring them to the Store Managers attention.
To regularly test EAS Systems and other operational alarms
To operate our detention policy using ASCONE as guidance
