Within this role you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of mould tooling.gt;

Responsibilities:
A Snapshot-

Manufacture and repair of jigs, fixtures, gauges etc.required.gt;Assist other departments as required including programmes, maintenance and assembly.gt;Have the ability to dismantle, clean / repair and reassemble complex multi-impression tooling.gt;Experience of basic mould problems including flashing conditions, galling, venting & cooling problems.gt;Maintain accurate computerised records as part of the company's preventive maintenance program.gt;

Requirements:

Qualified Time Served Toolmaker.gt;3 years' experience in an Injection Moulding Environment.gt;Ability to operate manual spark erosion machine.gt;Experience in a cGMP environment desirable.gt;Experience with hot runner system maintenance an advantage.gt;
